Ages 65 and over sum the three published older-age bands; ages 18–64 subtract that total from population 18 and over. Renting and ownership use the sum of the published owner-occupied and renter-occupied housing counts. The separate CMAP household estimate can differ and is not substituted as this denominator. Publisher aggregate margins of error are unavailable. No population or housing values are allocated across polygons.
