Located N of State Route 7, S of the Potomac River, extending from Lowes Island S along Sugarland Run, and W to Broad Run, to include the communities of Potomac Woods, Cascades, Countryside, and Broad Run Farms.
Named for its proximity to the falls of the Potomac River.
