USGS description & history
Located at the intersection of US Hwy 87 and Texas Farm Roads 1679 and 2433, 8.2 km (5.1 mi) W of the community of Port Lavaca and 3.7 km (2.3 mi) SE of Kamey.
Name is derived from an abandoned railroad station named Clarks on the Southern Pacific RR.
