USGS description & history
Located on left bank of Yukon River, 7 miles south of Nulato, Nulato Hills.
Reported as "Wolsatux" in 1885 by Lieutenant H. T. Allen, USA. Wolasatux was a young man who escaped massacre at Nulato in 1851.
